Notice of Dissolution
ZenResolve, LLC

To all unknown claimants – please be advised that ZenResolve, LLC, with a principal place of business at 2726 Mission Rancheria Rd., Lakeport, CA 95453 has been dissolved by Resolution of its Member pursuant to Chapter 4 Section 3.1.1.1 of the Amended Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria Business Ordinance, as of August 14, 2023.

1. All claims against ZenResolve, LLC must be made in writing and include the claim amount, basis, and origination date.
2. All claims must be sent to: ZenResolve, LLC at 2770 Mission Rancheria Rd. Box # 315, Lakeport, CA 95453.
3. The deadline for submitting claims is November 12, 2023.
4. Any claims that are not received by ZenResolve, LLC on or before 11:59 pm pacific on November 12, 2023, will not be recognized.
