We’re well aware of how people view bill collectors, and it’s not pretty. That’s exactly why we created every inch of our company to be the polar opposite of everything you’ve come to expect from a collections company. Our process of introspection started by identifying the single most unpleasant experience for customers in collections, the dreaded collection call. We wanted to drastically reduce the number of phone calls customers receive, reserving the phone call as a “last resort.”
We’ve even made the hardest part, actually paying the bill, as quick and painless as possible. We are, after all, a collections company, and it’s in our very nature to resolve outstanding debt. We just do it in a much kinder, gentler way.
Why We’re Different
The core differences between ZenResolve and other collections companies is how we prioritize our customers’ time, privacy and their role in their own financial destiny. Others may barge into your private life like a bull; we’d rather tiptoe in like a lamb, softly nestling into your inbox or occasionally drifting in via text. We’ll only call you as a last resort, when emails and texts have gone unanswered.
We changed the collection experience by transferring the power of choice to the customer. You’ll decide how and when your debt is resolved by selecting your own repayment plan. If you don’t agree with the total amount or want to dispute the entire bill, you’ll have those options as well.
This might be a brain-breaker, but we don’t think paying a bill in collections needs to be painful. It can be as convenient and efficient as any other online payment experience. We highly recommend selecting your plan while wearing yoga pants and drinking coffee. Or wine. Wine is better.
