When you visit our website (“Website”), official social media sites, or other online properties, all collectively hereafter referred to as the “Sites,” ZenResolve may collect and use certain information about you. We recognize that privacy is important to you. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices relating to how we may collect and use your information, and your interaction with us through the Sites. Regardless of how you might visit our Site, any information you provide or that is collected from you while on the Sites is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect About You Information You Provide

Information Automatically Collected

When Vendors work on our behalf, they are only provided with information reasonably necessary to perform their obligations to ZenResolve and are required to treat such information as confidential and only to use such information to fulfill their obligations to ZenResolve.  We may share your information with third parties, including law enforcement authorities, where we determine that doing so is appropriate to enforce our Terms of Use, protect our property, services, and legal rights, prevent physical harm to the persons or property of others, prevent fraud against ZenResolve and others, support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions, comply with subpoenas, court orders, or similar legal processes, and respond to requests from law enforcement agencies, regulators and courts as allowed by or to comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

How We Protect Your Information

We strive to make the Sites secure by implementing an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls. ZenResolve reserves the right to contact you should it become necessary for administrative purposes.   Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by calling us at the above telephone number or writing to us at the above address.

Protection of Children’s Privacy

Our Sites are general audience sites not directed at children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.

ZenResolve may periodically use third parties, including advertisers, to serve advertisements or provide services on the Sites. These third parties may collect information, potentially including personal information, about your activities over time and across different websites when you use our Sites. Those third parties may also provide ZenResolve with data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, analytical information, and assist with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements. Our Sites may allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter and Facebook with ZenResolve.  By using this functionality, you give ZenResolve permission to access all of the elements of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this privacy policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network account for information about what data is shared with ZenResolve and other connected applications and to manage the data that is shared through your account, including information about your activities using our Sites.   ZenResolve does not retain your username or password for social networking platforms for any longer than is necessary to complete an interaction. If you would like to disconnect a social media account from ZenResolve, refer to the settings of that social media account and its provider.

Business Transfers and Corporate Changes

We reserve the right to disclose and transfer all information related to the Sites,including personal information:

  • to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of one or more of the Sites; or
