Who is ZenResolve?

ZenResolve is a third-party collections company. Other companies contract with us to collect outstanding debts on their behalf.

Are you like other collection companies?

There's been a mistake. This isn’t my bill!

We understand that it can be super stressful when someone else’s bill lands on your digital doorstep. If you think a bill has been incorrectly attributed to you, go to your Account Page and select “Dispute all/part of this bill.” Follow the prompts from there.

I can’t pay right now. What should I do?

Start by taking a few deep breaths. There’s no cause for alarm because you don’t have to pay off your entire balance right away. Go to your account page and select “Set up a payment plan.” You’ll be given multiple options for setting up a payment plan, including delaying your start date by as much as 45 days. If you have extenuating circumstances and need additional flexibility, please contact our Customer Advocates for assistance: 1-800-225-1375.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We’d love to accept positive thoughts and kind words, but we’re a collections company. If you’re going to pay your entire balance, you can use ACH, debit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders. If you choose to set up a payment plan, you’ll be able to use ACH or debit card payments.

Of course we do, and they’re all really awesome people. Even though we’ve built ZenResolve to be minimally invasive and ultra-efficient by utilizing technology, we understand that sometimes people just want to talk to an actual human when they need help.
